Objectives:
The objectives of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification is to develop strategic management and leadership skills for managers who have the authority and personal attributes to translate organizational strategy into effective operational performance. This qualification reflects current practice in strategic management and leadership and allows learners to develop and expand their high-level understanding of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This qualification is suitable for mature learners with a background in academic study or alongside theoretical fundamentals.
Successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification will equip learners with the key skills and capabilities to become an effective strategic manager. The qualification also allows learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their study towards an MBA with advanced standing.
Course Duration:
The course consists of 6 modules. All modules will be completed within 8 months
Course Outline:
There are 6 modules in total:
- Strategic Management
- Strategic Leadership
- Strategic Human Resource Management
- Advanced Business Research Methods
- Strategic Financial Management
- Strategic Marketing
Course Time：
There will be 2 days per week x 7.5 hours per day（Part-time）；
There will be 5 days per week x 3 hours per day（Full-time）;
Schedule of the classes will be planned to suit the course’s needs. There will be no classes conducted during public holidays and school holidays.
Prerequisites:
The applicant must meet one of the following requirements：

2 | For mature candidates, at least 30 years old with 8 years of working experience may be considered subject to OTHM approval. |
and | Pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. |
Course Completion & Certification:
· Upon completion of the 6 modules, those who fulfilled the required attendance and pass all the assessments will be awarded a OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership by OTHM, UK.
· Attendance must not less than 75% (Part-time) 90% (Full-time) and not absent without valid reason for more than 7 consecutive days.
