OTHM LEVEL 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership

*Level 7 Diploma is equivalent to a postgraduate diploma*

This course links to professional body requirements and National Standards with a clear work-related emphasis. The qualifications provide relatively shorter programs of study that meet the individual needs of learners. There is a strong emphasis on practical skills development alongside the development of requisite knowledge and understanding in the sector. Successful completion of the qualifications enables learners to progress into and also join the MBA Advanced Entry route under the London Graduate School awarded by the University of Buckingham, UK.

Prerequisites

1.      Minimum Bachelor Degree or Honour Degree at Level 6 or any overseas degree equivalent (OR)

2.      For mature candidates, at least 30 years old with 8 years of working experience may be considered subject to OTHM approval

3.   Pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level or IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

Course duration

This course consists of 6 units. All modules will be completed within 8 months;

Schedule of the classes will be planned to suit the course’s needs;

There will be no classes conducted during public holidays and school holidays.

Part time: There will be 2 days x 7.5 hours each week;                                                     

Full time: There will be 5 days x 3 hours each week.

Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory fees which the students pay only when applicable. Such fees are normally collected by the PEI when the need arises

• Miscellaneous fees are indicated in the student contract.

• NYAC does not accept payment in foreign currency.

Course Duration

There are two semesters per year. Semester 1 runs from April to September (6 months); on the other hand, semester 2 runs from October to March (6 months). Depending on the student-applicant's level, some students may need to take both Semesters 1 and 2 to complete the whole course. A monthly assessment is also administered.

Students may join classes at any time in the year as long as they agree to the school's terms and conditions.
