Updates on Border Control Measures in Response to COVID-19

Dear Student/Parents/Guardian

In view of the evolving COVID-19 situation in Singapore, we regret to inform that all short-term visitors (including holders of ICA issued In-Principle Approval) will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore with immediate effect. STP IPA holders who are currently not in Singapore will not be allowed to enter Singapore to complete formalities. Affected IPA holders who had already made payment for issuance of IPA/multiple-entry visa may write to ICA_STP2@ica.gov.sg. for refund of the payment.

2) For IPA holders who are already in Singapore, they will still be allowed to make an e-appointment to complete formalities at ICA Building, provided they have completed their Stay-Home Notice (SHN)/Quarantine Order (QO).

3) For updates on Border Control Measures in response to COVID-19, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions via https://www.ica.gov.sg/covid-19.

4) We apologise for any inconvenience caused and seek your understanding in this matter. We would also appreciate if you could inform the affected IPA holders of the above.
