Student Pass Collection Procedure:
1) Medical Checkup (if necessary)
2) NYAC Staff Brings Students To ICA To Complete Formalities With All Necessary Documents*
Passport
Disembarkation Card (issued upon arriving in Singapore)
Passport-sized photograph (full colour with white background)
In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter issued by ICA
Student Pass application e-Form (printed out by Nanyang Language Business School)
Medical Report (if required)
Possible required documents (Original):
a) Birth Certificate (original with English translation & notarized)
b) Highest Education Certificates and Transcripts (original with English translation & notarized)

Step 2
Payment of Fees
1) Pay Fees As Stated In Letter of Offer
2) Fees to Be Paid Before Course Commencement, In The Event That Fees Are Applicable to Be Paid in Installment:
The 1st installment needs to be paid in full before class commences.
If there are 2 or more fee installments as stated in the fee schedule of student contract, student must pay the 1st installment before course commencement and 2nd installment needs to be paid 1 week before the due date of the 2nd installment.
3) Modes of Payment:
Cash/PayNow/Grab Pay/Alipay/Wechat Pay/Cheque/Bank Draft/Telegraphic Transfer
PayNow/Grab Pay/Alipay/Wechat Pay/Cheque/Bank Draft should be payable to “NANYANG ASIA COLLEGE PTE LTD”
Telegraphic Transfer to:“NANYANG ASIA COLLEGE PTE. LTD.”, UOB Account No: 347-303-088-6 (Obtain TT information slip from NANYANG ASIA COLLEGE PTE. LTD.)
Step 3
Orientation is held on the 1st and 2nd Day Of Course Commencement.
